We are a multidisciplinary team who work together to bring your health towards optimal balance. We opened in November 2009 and have been expanding and growing ever since. Our clinic specializes in treating the whole person through an individualized approach, while supporting your optimum physical, psychological and emotional health. We achieve this goal by working with you and encouraging you to listen to what the body is trying to communicate. The body has an innate ability to heal itself and we are merely guiding these processes. There are multiple modalities within the clinic that allow us to come up with an individual plan for each person. The majority of our patients are treated concurrently in the clinic which allows us to work as a team when working on your case.

HIB was founded by Connie Walsh in 2009. Dr. Sarah joined as a co-director in 2013. They found each other from a Kijiji ad and have been growing and building their clinic community ever since. Two of their major milestones have been running clinic retreats in Nicaragua in 2016 and 2018 and expanding their clinic in late 2020 to accommodate for more like minded practitioners and community events.

By truly getting to the root cause of illness, our patients are feeling balanced. Our goal is to realign the body’s balance with as few appointments as possible, to put your health back in your control and joy back into your life.
